For 8 Event Freight, this meant a large scale logistics operation focused on robust cargo and tight deadlines. We handled multiple sea containers and 2,000 kg of air freight for our long term clients in the offshore sector.

✈️ Air freight. When it has to be fast and safe
For the most fragile and time critical components, air freight was the best choice:
• 2,000 kg of demo materials, electronics and high value parts
• Direct transport from the Netherlands to Houston
• Careful packing and handling of technical equipment
• Real time tracking and direct coordination with the on site build up crew

🚢 Sea freight. Large volumes, heavy cargo, right on schedule
Most of the stand materials were shipped well in advance by sea:
• Multiple 40 ft containers with heavy constructions, technical installations, exhibition structures and ship models
• Route via Rotterdam to Houston with strict deadline planning
• Coordination with shipping lines, customs and local handling agents
• Just in time delivery at the NRG Center venue

Heavy materials, industrial crates and custom made displays require more than just transport. They require control, overview and experience.

🔧 On site. Between concrete and drilling platforms
OTC is not just a trade show. It is a true industrial event. On site, everything had to be handled with precision and strength. There was no room for mistakes.

Our crew supervised container unloading, coordinated unpacking and ensured a smooth build up and dismantling process.
